Ontario Land Tribunals brings together five Ontario tribunals and boards which adjudicate matters related to land use planning, environmental and heritage protection, land valuation, mining and other matters.
The Local Planning Appeal Tribunal (LPAT) hears cases in relation to a range of municipal planning, financial and land matters, including official plans, zoning by-laws, and other issues assigned to the Tribunal by numerous Ontario statutes.About the LPAT

Board of Negotiation (BON)
The Board of Negotiation (BON) conducts voluntary mediation of disputes over the value of land expropriated by a public authority. If no settlement is reached, the matter may be appealed to LPAT.About the BON

Conservation Review Board (CRB)
The Conservation Review Board (CRB) deals with disputes over properties that may demonstrate cultural heritage value or interest and disputes regarding archaeological licensing.About the CRB

Environmental Review Tribunal (ERT)
