All documents filed with the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) and all communications to and from the Tribunal are part of the public record and are available for reasonable access by the public (unless the Tribunal orders otherwise). In some circumstances where the documents include private personal information or sensitive business information, documents may be treated as confidential and are not disclosed to the public. Documents related to mediation are also confidential.

If you are currently involved in a matter before the Ontario Land Tribunal and would like to request documents related to your case, please contact your Case Coordinator directly.
Please provide as much detail as possible to assist in finding the specific document you are looking for. You may be contacted by the Tribunal for additional information to assist with this search.
Please note that a copy fee may apply if the requested documents are only available in physical format and/or are archived due to the age of the case.
