E-file: For Approval Authorities

E-file functions as a smart version of the M1 Municipal/Approval Authority Submission Form. Use e-file to submit appeal packages to the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) whether appeals are received through:

• e-file
• mail or in-person delivery (hardcopy/paper)
• email

Municipalities and other approval authorities need to register with OLT to use e-file. Learn how to register.
