E-file: For Approval Authorities
E-file is a smart version of the M1 Municipal/Approval Authority Submission Form. Use e-file to submit appeal packages to the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) whether appeals are received by:
- e-file
- mail or in-person delivery (hardcopy/paper)
Not sure if your approval authority is registered to receive appeals on e-file? Check the list of registered approval authorities on the main e-file landing page. If your approval authority isn’t listed, it has not completed the registration process to receive appeals on e-file. Municipalities and other approval authorities must follow a separate registration process from the one used by the public.
