COVID-19

At this time, Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) hearings and mediations are conducted virtually by way of video conference call. In-person hearings may be requested if video hearings are not possible.

Currently, most hearing events are being conducted virtually by way of video conference call unless directed otherwise by the Tribunal.

In response to COVID-19, all in-person service counters are closed until further notice. Where possible, please use email to contact the OLT.

The Mailroom at 655 Bay Street (Toronto) is open 5 days a week and available to receive mail through Canada Post and courier mail.
