October 19, 2018Environment and Land Tribunals Ontario (ELTO) is recruiting for full-time Vice Chairs and full-time Members of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal. You would be responsible for adjudicating and mediating disputes under applicable legislation, policies and rules, using a variety of dispute resolution methods.
ELTO is also recruiting for part-time Members of the Board of Negotiation. You would be responsible for mediating settlements for compensation when property is expropriated, under the Expropriations Act.
